Hello friends! My name is Chris Gilmore, and welcome to my blog. I’m a Boston based pseudo-programmer currently working at Salesforce as a Service Cloud Solution Engineer. Here you will find useful tricks/hacks and otherwise useful information on tinkering with the Salesforce.com platform.
Back in 2011, I had my first introduction to the Salesforce platform working as a Solution Architect at a Field Service organization, ClickSoftware. From there, I got my feet wet understanding the fundamentals of multi-tenancy, meta-data driven architecture, and all the other cool concepts that makes Salesforce great. Later on, I joined another ISV organization, TimeTrade, and got a lot of experience in Product Management, building an AppExchange package, TimeTrade Scheduler.
Finally in 2017, I joined the #SalesforceOhana, and have been having a blast as a Service Cloud Solution Engineer. As an Salesforce SE, I’m often faced with many solution challenges, and wanted to create this blog as way to share insights into what I have learned when trying to build creative and interesting things!
Feel free to browse around the site, and contact me if you have any questions. Enjoy!
